Look, we can’t promise you’ll love what we say. Sometimes the truth is hard to hear. If we’re just way off the mark and missed the whole point, delete the video and move on.

Are you going to make me look bad at work?

Nope, this will all be constructive advice you can share with anyone. We’re not here to be pointlessly provocative. It’ll all be backed with theory and reasoning.

Can you help us fix the problems you point out?

Do you guarantee to audit our agency?

Nope, you can request an audit but we can’t guarantee you’ll get one. We do our best but we’re busy creating head-turning client work so sometimes this takes priority.

Can I request multiple audits in a row?

It doesn’t make business sense for us to give away lots of free strategic thinking to overhaul your whole agency. If you need more insights, just get in touch to chat.

How long will I have to wait to get the free audit?

It depends. If you’re lucky, a few days to a week. There are lots of factors at play here. You’re welcome to send a polite nudge but we can’t guarantee a time or response.
